When I think of customer satisfaction I think of Military Fasteners as an excellent example of how I think things should be done.

I have been a customer since Fullerton Air Parts (Flo Irwin). That should speak volumes of the service I have received from Military Fasteners. In the early days, I had a variety of planes and was based out of Orange County Airport. At the time, the airport was surrounded by bean fields. I, and some of my friends, would frequently fly into Fullerton airport for lunch, the pick up whatever supplies we needed from Flo. She was a great lady, and I am glad that she passed on such a wonderful legacy. I am certain that she would be very proud of what she started, and proud of you all for building on her meager beginnings.

I've been a customer since 1983 and you have provided what I needed most times in a very timely manner at the right price. Over all I have been very satisfied with your company.

Military Fasteners provided the supplies needed to repair my prop. They had the exact items I needed, at a good price. My order was delivered in reasonable time, complete with instructions. The end result was a quality repair to get me back flyin again. Thank you! Steve
