My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit. In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations.
