I have been a customer since Fullerton Air Parts (Flo Irwin). That should speak volumes of the service I have received from Military Fasteners. In the early days, I had a variety of planes and was based out of Orange County Airport. At the time, the airport was surrounded by bean fields. I, and some of my friends, would frequently fly into Fullerton airport for lunch, the pick up whatever supplies we needed from Flo. She was a great lady, and I am glad that she passed on such a wonderful legacy. I am certain that she would be very proud of what she started, and proud of you all for building on her meager beginnings.

Props to my saleslady (whose name I have sadly forgotten) for her can do attitude. Fast and efficient yet friendly and thorough. The items arrived nicely padded with brown paper. Im so happy youve stopped using those hard-to-dispose-of styrofoam peanuts. Fast to ship reasonable prices. Just excellent all around!

With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.
