I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! Thanks for being there for us small plane owners. It has never been cheap to own a plane but as our planes age it is getting harder and harder to find parts for upkeep. Good fast service also.

In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations.
