Excellent service all round. The parcel arrived on my doorstep, in a regional Australian town, on the morning of the fifth day after placing my order.

I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

He quickly identified fasteners, even for parts with unclear descriptions, and provided invaluable technical assistance. The supporting data was spot-on, verified by our technicians.
