All of my orders have originated thru your online system and have arrived on time as advertised. Your system performs great. I can decide while ordering how I want it shipped and what cost. All things said, I find your system very easy to order thru.

I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit. I am thankful you have people like her who really care about the customer and want to put in the extra effort for customer service. In my aircraft maintenance business I purchase everything I can first from Military Fasteners before I go looking for other venders. I use Military Fasteners because of the great customer service, free shipping (which is one day ground), large selection on hardware and materials, and competitive prices.
