I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! Order was complete, correct and was received promptly. I have never had a problem with any of my dozen or so orders processed over the past 3 years since I bought my plane.

We have been dealing with Military Fasteners and have always found them professional in their approach and happy to assist with any problems we may face in this ever changing industry. The parts ordered are those received, prices quoted are those we pay, the delivery times are acceptable considering we are on the other side of the world and should we require non listed stock we are advised where such stock may be procured.
