I had ordered the wrong spark plugs and didn't notice until the day I was changing them. Spoke to a very helpful customer service person who walked me through the RMA process. New plugs arrived in 2 days and the refund was applied as soon as AS received the returned product. I've been using AS for over 25 years and have always been impressed with the service.

I have been a customer since Fullerton Air Parts (Flo Irwin). That should speak volumes of the service I have received from Military Fasteners. In the early days, I had a variety of planes and was based out of Orange County Airport. At the time, the airport was surrounded by bean fields. I, and some of my friends, would frequently fly into Fullerton airport for lunch, the pick up whatever supplies we needed from Flo. She was a great lady, and I am glad that she passed on such a wonderful legacy. I am certain that she would be very proud of what she started, and proud of you all for building on her meager beginnings.

I've been a Customer since the early 90s. Never an Issue with products or Customer Service. I recently purchased a New Concord Battery, Harness and Battery Minder Charger. I clicked the wrong button and did not order the correct charger for the Concord. Called Military Fasteners when it was delivered, told the gal what I did and she said well get the right one on the way and e-mail you the Return Authorization. I sent the wrong one back and two days later the correct one arrived. A few days after that my Credit Card was reimbursed the full amount for my incorrect order. By any Business Standard, who could complain about that kind of Service!!! Keep up the Great Work...

Very speedy order processing and reasonable shipping time. Its almost like walking next door to a favorite aircraft supply house.
