I can say that Military Fasteners was able to deliver the part to me very quickly. I live in a very remote area in the Tennessee mountains and typically have to wait up to two weeks to receive deliveries. Sometimes, the delivery guys cannot find my house at all, and they have to leave my packages at the local general store. But with Military Fasteners, my packages always find my front door step and in great condition. This package arrived nearly a week earlier than expected, and that was over the New Years holiday! Any time I need anything it is here when I need it without question. I have tried other suppliers and ship dates are not honored sometimes it can take two weeks for item in their stock!! Thanks for being consistent and prompt.

I've been a Customer since the early 90s. Never an Issue with products or Customer Service. I recently purchased a New Concord Battery, Harness and Battery Minder Charger. I clicked the wrong button and did not order the correct charger for the Concord. Called Military Fasteners when it was delivered, told the gal what I did and she said well get the right one on the way and e-mail you the Return Authorization. I sent the wrong one back and two days later the correct one arrived. A few days after that my Credit Card was reimbursed the full amount for my incorrect order. By any Business Standard, who could complain about that kind of Service!!! Keep up the Great Work...
