I love your website. Can hardly believe how fast & accurate the orders come. Am building a kit plane, need a lot of small hardware and electrical the past few months. There has not been a mistake in the last dozen orders.

I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! Hard to find bolts are never hard to find with Military Fasteners!

I had ordered the wrong spark plugs and didn't notice until the day I was changing them. Spoke to a very helpful customer service person who walked me through the RMA process. New plugs arrived in 2 days and the refund was applied as soon as AS received the returned product. I've been using AS for over 25 years and have always been impressed with the service.
