Have to tell you that you have the best in Brittany Cornish. She is always the most help in getting our ordered placed as soon as we send it in and always on time delivery. She is very responsive with any and all issues if any which we never have any dealing with her. She always goes above and beyond to follow up even after we received our order. I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit.
