Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched. By comparison I ordered some items from another supplier 3 months ago and I'm still waiting, with no apologies or communication emanating from them to explain the delay.

Recently my avionics technician and I were installing a component in my aircraft and there were some critical fasteners missing from the manufactures package. This stopped the entire process.
