As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. I have been to so many websites that are confusing to say the least, but yours is easy easy to use, clear and simple.
