I have been to so many websites that are confusing to say the least, but yours is easy easy to use, clear and simple. I love being able to look up all my past orders and print out the invoices if need be. I am just thoroughly impressed with everything about Military Fasteners. Ive been buying aircraft parts and supplies from Military Fasteners for 3 years as Ive built four different homebuilt aircraft. I have ALWAYS been perfectly satisfied with all facets of the process. Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me. Prices are fair. I wish I could run my company as well as you run yours!
