Products are military grade MIL-SPEC as advertised. I was able to locate #10 locking counter-sunk nutplates when ALL other locations, including Aircraft-Spruce, could not supply.

I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit.
