I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

I called in a hot order that was needed next day. It was already mid afternoon and i had already skipped the deadline for shipments that day. I spoke with Trisha, and she went out of her way to place my order and get it pulled and shipped same day. Thank you Trisha, you are the best.

I sent in my online order then within a minute I realized I left off an item. I sent a message that requested an item be added to avoid a second shipping cost.
