I appreciate your service, especially being able to talk to people who know a lot about aircraft and the many accessories, parts, etc.

I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

At every point, Dania McLean's help was crucial and showed a great dedication to the business. She handled my questions with amazing skill right away, making sure every one of them received a comprehensive and perceptive answer. Her unwavering professionalism and contagious optimism, which made every interaction enjoyable, were what really stood out.

As always, my order was filled accurately and arrived quickly. The one item not in stock in California arrived two days later from another store. Over the years, whether a large order or just a few items,I have received the same quick service. My suggestion? Continue the excellent customer service.
