Excellent service all round. The parcel arrived on my doorstep, in a regional Australian town, on the morning of the fifth day after placing my order.

I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help ensure an important package delivery on time, and they made a little boys Christmas sweeter in the process. Thank you to the team there for your wonderful help.
