I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! As always, orders are shipped promptly and received when expected. Rarely can you find products at lower cost than at Military Fasteners. The web site is easy to use. My favorite place to order from. When looking for aviation products, I always go to Military Fasteners first.

I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation.
