I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. Lindsey was a peach to interact with, and we received our order next day; one of the perks of having a warehouse close by. I am very much so looking forward to to ordering from them again! I sent in my online order then within a minute I realized I left off an item. I sent a message that requested an item be added to avoid a second shipping cost. I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. I always receive my shipments from Military Fasteners quickly without having to follow up and track down shipments. West Coast shipments arrive usually the next day via UPS ground, making it an effective choice. Thank you for excellent service.
