I sent in my online order then within a minute I realized I left off an item. I sent a message that requested an item be added to avoid a second shipping cost. I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. Have to tell you that you have the best in Brittany Cornish. She is always the most help in getting our ordered placed as soon as we send it in and always on time delivery. She is very responsive with any and all issues if any which we never have any dealing with her. She always goes above and beyond to follow up even after we received our order. We only wish all of our Vendors that we deal with on a daily basis were as wonderful as she is. Her personality is bar none.
