I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.
