Recently my avionics technician and I were installing a component in my aircraft and there were some critical fasteners missing from the manufactures package. This stopped the entire process. Any time I need anything it is here when I need it without question. I have tried other suppliers and ship dates are not honored sometimes it can take two weeks for item in their stock!! Thanks for being consistent and prompt.

I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit.
