My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit. Nice online shop, with very fast operation and high quality service. A bit expensive and without quantity discounts but worth the money in general.
