Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me. Trisha Hawkins and her team at Military Fasteners are absolutely incredible. We do a lot of Government and Military work and due to this there are a ton of restrictions with what products we can use. I called Military Fasteners (MF) with an extremely HOT request. Trisha was able to source those part numbers, tell me they were in stock and ready to ship. I ordered these on a Wednesday at 4:00pm. They shipped the same exact Wednesday, we received that weeks Friday, even though we were guaranteed Monday/Tuesday. Trisha - THANK YOU! Trisha's Team - THANK YOU!
