Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me. Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched. Easy to track the package online. By comparison I ordered some items from another supplier 3 months ago and I'm still waiting, with no apologies or communication emanating from them to explain the delay.

Alternator was in stock, shipped same day, arrived quickly (even though I chose standard shipping during the height of the Christmas rush), packed well and at a good price. Well done, Military Fasteners, well done!
