I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. Lindsey was a peach to interact with, and we received our order next day; one of the perks of having a warehouse close by. I am very much so looking forward to to ordering from them again! As always, my order was filled accurately and arrived quickly. The one item not in stock in California arrived two days later from another store. Over the years, whether a large order or just a few items,I have received the same quick service. My suggestion? Continue the excellent customer service.

Very speedy order processing and reasonable shipping time. Its almost like walking next door to a favorite aircraft supply house.
