My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit. I am thankful you have people like her who really care about the customer and want to put in the extra effort for customer service. In my aircraft maintenance business I purchase everything I can first from Military Fasteners before I go looking for other venders. I use Military Fasteners because of the great customer service, free shipping (which is one day ground), large selection on hardware and materials, and competitive prices. I am a loyal customer and I order 2-3+ times a week. Thank you for the great service that your people provide at Military Fasteners.

I've never received an incorrect order from ACS, even when dealing with small hardware such as nuts, washers, screws, etc. Shipment is always fast and with reasonable shipment prices for my needs. Even my smallest of orders is processed and ship quickly. I'm a long-time ACS customer and I expect I will be for a long time.
