I placed an order with Lindsey at Military Fasteners late afternoon, 3:15 to be exact and she was nice enough to expedite my order and made sure to get it shipped that day. Great company with great people.

Props to my saleslady (whose name I have sadly forgotten) for her can do attitude. Fast and efficient yet friendly and thorough. The items arrived nicely padded with brown paper. Im so happy youve stopped using those hard-to-dispose-of styrofoam peanuts. Fast to ship reasonable prices. Just excellent all around!

I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.
