The service is a convenience, avoids trying to figure out where to get the thing. Sort of like Amazon, saves time and effort. Also, Military Fasteners has a good reputation, if something goes wrong with service or device, resolution is more certain. Is a confidence builder.

I've been a Customer since the early 90s. Never an Issue with products or Customer Service. I recently purchased a New Concord Battery, Harness and Battery Minder Charger. I clicked the wrong button and did not order the correct charger for the Concord. Called Military Fasteners when it was delivered, told the gal what I did and she said well get the right one on the way and e-mail you the Return Authorization. I sent the wrong one back and two days later the correct one arrived. A few days after that my Credit Card was reimbursed the full amount for my incorrect order. By any Business Standard, who could complain about that kind of Service!!! Keep up the Great Work...

With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.
