With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. Recently my avionics technician and I were installing a component in my aircraft and there were some critical fasteners missing from the manufactures package. This stopped the entire process. I found the parts gave her the part number and she confirmed they were in stock. This was about 430 in the afternoon just before closing. Keep on keepin' on! Living in Nova Scotia puts me in somewhat of an aviation backwater where getting aviation hardware can be a bit of a nightmare. Military Fasteners resolves most of the angst and dealing with the friendly and helpful staff I find there resolves the rest.
