In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help ensure an important package delivery on time, and they made a little boys Christmas sweeter in the process. Thank you to the team there for your wonderful help. I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.
