I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

Another good experience with Military Fasteners, and our Sales Rep, Dan Hunter. We needed hardware for an older aircraft model, and Dan's expertise was exceptional. He quickly identified fasteners, even for parts with unclear descriptions, and provided invaluable technical assistance. The supporting data was spot-on, verified by our technicians.
