I can say that Military Fasteners was able to deliver the part to me very quickly. I live in a very remote area in the Tennessee mountains and typically have to wait up to two weeks to receive deliveries. Sometimes, the delivery guys cannot find my house at all, and they have to leave my packages at the local general store. But with Military Fasteners, my packages always find my front door step and in great condition. This package arrived nearly a week earlier than expected, and that was over the New Years holiday! I had ordered the wrong spark plugs and didn't notice until the day I was changing them. Spoke to a very helpful customer service person who walked me through the RMA process. New plugs arrived in 2 days and the refund was applied as soon as AS received the returned product. I've been using AS for over 25 years and have always been impressed with the service.

I just want to say that I am really liking what is going on with Military Fasteners. The prices, the availability of items, the fast shipping. I really like the ease of ordering online. I have been to so many websites that are confusing to say the least, but yours is easy easy to use, clear and simple. I love being able to look up all my past orders and print out the invoices if need be. I am just thoroughly impressed with everything about Military Fasteners.
