With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.
