Ive been buying aircraft parts and supplies from Military Fasteners for 3 years as Ive built four different homebuilt aircraft. I have ALWAYS been perfectly satisfied with all facets of the process. Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me. Prices are fair. I wish I could run my company as well as you run yours!

I can say that Military Fasteners was able to deliver the part to me very quickly. I live in a very remote area in the Tennessee mountains and typically have to wait up to two weeks to receive deliveries. Sometimes, the delivery guys cannot find my house at all, and they have to leave my packages at the local general store. But with Military Fasteners, my packages always find my front door step and in great condition. This package arrived nearly a week earlier than expected, and that was over the New Years holiday! I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit.
