Trisha Hawkins and her team at Military Fasteners are absolutely incredible. We do a lot of Government and Military work and due to this there are a ton of restrictions with what products we can use. I called Military Fasteners (MF) with an extremely HOT request. Trisha was able to source those part numbers, tell me they were in stock and ready to ship. I ordered these on a Wednesday at 4:00pm. They shipped the same exact Wednesday, we received that weeks Friday, even though we were guaranteed Monday/Tuesday. Trisha - THANK YOU! Trisha's Team - THANK YOU! As always, my order was filled accurately and arrived quickly. The one item not in stock in California arrived two days later from another store. Over the years, whether a large order or just a few items,I have received the same quick service. My suggestion? Continue the excellent customer service.

I've never received an incorrect order from ACS, even when dealing with small hardware such as nuts, washers, screws, etc. Shipment is always fast and with reasonable shipment prices for my needs. Even my smallest of orders is processed and ship quickly. I'm a long-time ACS customer and I expect I will be for a long time.
