I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me.
