My experience in doing business with Military Fasteners through Trisha Hawkins is nothing short of GREAT! She is knowledgeable, attentive to detail and very helpful. This makes my purchase a lot easier and faster lead time. She is an asset to Military Fasteners.

I've never received an incorrect order from ACS, even when dealing with small hardware such as nuts, washers, screws, etc. Shipment is always fast and with reasonable shipment prices for my needs. Even my smallest of orders is processed and ship quickly. I'm a long-time ACS customer and I expect I will be for a long time.

Trisha Hawkins and her team at Military Fasteners are absolutely incredible. We do a lot of Government and Military work and due to this there are a ton of restrictions with what products we can use. I called Military Fasteners (MF) with an extremely HOT request. Trisha was able to source those part numbers, tell me they were in stock and ready to ship. I ordered these on a Wednesday at 4:00pm. They shipped the same exact Wednesday, we received that weeks Friday, even though we were guaranteed Monday/Tuesday. Trisha - THANK YOU! Trisha's Team - THANK YOU! Keep on keepin' on! Living in Nova Scotia puts me in somewhat of an aviation backwater where getting aviation hardware can be a bit of a nightmare. Military Fasteners resolves most of the angst and dealing with the friendly and helpful staff I find there resolves the rest.
