Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched. Easy to track the package online. By comparison I ordered some items from another supplier 3 months ago and I'm still waiting, with no apologies or communication emanating from them to explain the delay.

I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

I order parts about once a week for the restoration of my Grumman AA-1A. Service and prompt delivery are always above expectation. I don't know what I would do without Military Fasteners and that's no joke! Thanks for your great work!
