I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. Any time I need anything it is here when I need it without question. I have tried other suppliers and ship dates are not honored sometimes it can take two weeks for item in their stock!! Thanks for being consistent and prompt.
