I have been a customer since Fullerton Air Parts (Flo Irwin). That should speak volumes of the service I have received from Military Fasteners. In the early days, I had a variety of planes and was based out of Orange County Airport. At the time, the airport was surrounded by bean fields. I, and some of my friends, would frequently fly into Fullerton airport for lunch, the pick up whatever supplies we needed from Flo. She was a great lady, and I am glad that she passed on such a wonderful legacy. I am certain that she would be very proud of what she started, and proud of you all for building on her meager beginnings.

Ive been purchasing aircraft parts and hardware from Military Fasteners for over 4 years. That alone should speak volumes. Ive always received excellent customer service and the product quality is unrivaled. When I think of aircraft parts and accessories, Im thinking Military Fasteners. Keep up the excellent work folks! With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.
