I have been to so many websites that are confusing to say the least, but yours is easy easy to use, clear and simple. I love being able to look up all my past orders and print out the invoices if need be. I am just thoroughly impressed with everything about Military Fasteners. I've been a Customer since the early 90s. Never an Issue with products or Customer Service. I recently purchased a New Concord Battery, Harness and Battery Minder Charger. I clicked the wrong button and did not order the correct charger for the Concord. Called Military Fasteners when it was delivered, told the gal what I did and she said well get the right one on the way and e-mail you the Return Authorization. I sent the wrong one back and two days later the correct one arrived. A few days after that my Credit Card was reimbursed the full amount for my incorrect order. By any Business Standard, who could complain about that kind of Service!!! Keep up the Great Work...
