Ive been buying aircraft parts and supplies from Military Fasteners for 3 years as Ive built four different homebuilt aircraft. I have ALWAYS been perfectly satisfied with all facets of the process. Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me. Have to tell you that you have the best in Brittany Cornish. She is always the most help in getting our ordered placed as soon as we send it in and always on time delivery. She is very responsive with any and all issues if any which we never have any dealing with her. She always goes above and beyond to follow up even after we received our order. We only wish all of our Vendors that we deal with on a daily basis were as wonderful as she is. Her personality is bar none.
