Year in and year out - your staff is excellent, attentive, and spectacular. My last order I forgot an item, and called in to have it added. Sure enough there it is in the box, just as requested. Customer service is always fantastic. Keep up the good work!

I have been a customer since Fullerton Air Parts (Flo Irwin). That should speak volumes of the service I have received from Military Fasteners. In the early days, I had a variety of planes and was based out of Orange County Airport. At the time, the airport was surrounded by bean fields. I, and some of my friends, would frequently fly into Fullerton airport for lunch, the pick up whatever supplies we needed from Flo. She was a great lady, and I am glad that she passed on such a wonderful legacy. I am certain that she would be very proud of what she started, and proud of you all for building on her meager beginnings.

I have built an airplane with parts from Military Fasteners. In the last years I have only had one issue involving warranty problems and that was resolved by the factory. Good service and quality parts/availability are very good at Military Fasteners.

As always, my order was filled accurately and arrived quickly. The one item not in stock in California arrived two days later from another store. Over the years, whether a large order or just a few items,I have received the same quick service. My suggestion? Continue the excellent customer service.
