I am unable to add any suggestions. Military Fasteners is an on time provider. I have never understood why the orders from you company are shipped and arrive in time given to me. Other companies say same day ship or the following day and it takes much much longer for the product to arrive. All I say, Good Job

In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations. I have built an airplane with parts from Military Fasteners. In the last years I have only had one issue involving warranty problems and that was resolved by the factory. Good service and quality parts/availability are very good at Military Fasteners.
