Excellent variety, quality, and service. And, small orders are no problem. Military Fasteners is a tinker's delight and a great resource. I also appreciate their using the USPS. So many companies ship UPS only and to Alaska the UPS price is ridiculous. Thank you.

With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.
