With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. He quickly identified fasteners, even for parts with unclear descriptions, and provided invaluable technical assistance. The supporting data was spot-on, verified by our technicians.
