I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

Ashili Hansen was instrumental in sorting out a log-in issue I had. Ashili also assisted me in identifying several unique aircraft hardware items. All were in stock, shipped immediately, and at a competitive price!
