In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help ensure an important package delivery on time, and they made a little boys Christmas sweeter in the process. Thank you to the team there for your wonderful help. I sent in my online order then within a minute I realized I left off an item. I sent a message that requested an item be added to avoid a second shipping cost. I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. Thanks for being there for us small plane owners. It has never been cheap to own a plane but as our planes age it is getting harder and harder to find parts for upkeep. Good fast service also.
